For JEE Main & JEE Advanced

Position: Chemistry Faculty
Department: Academics
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Job Type: Full time
Experience: 3–8 years preferred
Location: As per institute requirement

Job Responsibilities
Teach Chemistry to students preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced examinations.
Develop strong conceptual understanding and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Cover the complete Chemistry syllabus within the academic schedule.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, DPPs, practice sheets and test papers.
Teach Physical, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry effectively.
Explain complex chemical concepts through easy and student-friendly teaching methodologies.
Train students in numerical problem-solving, reaction mechanisms and conceptual applications.
Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
Analyse student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
Help students improve accuracy, speed and examination strategies.




Contribute to the development of question banks, mock tests and academic study material.

Required Qualifications & Skills
M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong command over Physical, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry.
Thorough understanding of JEE Main and JEE Advanced examination patterns.
Excellent conceptual clarity and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of chemical reactions, mechanisms, equations and numerical applications.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
Previous experience in a reputed coaching institute will be an added advantage.

Salary & Advantages

Monthly Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000

Salary will depend on teaching experience, subject expertise, demo performance and previous academic results.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
