Job Summary
Responsible for managing day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including vendor invoice processing, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, accounting entries, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
Process purchase invoices, expense bills, and vendor payments.
Maintain vendor ledgers and perform vendor reconciliations.
Record purchase and payment entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Verify invoices, supporting documents, and applicable tax details.
Ensure proper GST and TDS accounting and compliance.
Monitor vendor outstanding balances and payment due dates.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice and payment queries.
Prepare AP ageing reports and support month-end closing and audit activities.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable operations.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Mandatory).
Knowledge of purchase invoice booking and vendor ledger maintenance.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Experience in vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
