Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Raipur. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle documentation. The individual will maintain HR records, administer employee advantages, and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role also requires assisting leadership with workforce planning, ensuring compliance with labor laws,



and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to oversee core HR operations and support organizational goals.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to develop, implement, and communicate fair and compliant practices.
Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills to manage employee relationships, address concerns, and support a productive work environment.
Candidates should possess effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle multiple HR tasks accurately and on time.
Candidates should possess familiarity with labor laws, HR documentation, and basic HR systems or software; 10+ years of experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
Candidates should possess a relevant academic background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in an HR role is preferred.
