Conduct engaging classes using stories, poems, and activities
Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace
Design question papers, worksheets, and assignments
Conduct periodic tests, exams, and oral assessments
Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback
Track students’ progress and maintain academic records
Follow CBSE syllabus and academic calendar
Participate in syllabus planning and curriculum development
Prepare students for internal assessments and board-related patterns
Use up-to-date teaching methods (smart class, audio-visual tools)
Improve students’ reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills




Encourage creative writing (essays, poems, stories)
Support weak students with extra guidance
Promote cultural appreciation of Bengali literature
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Participate in school events (cultural programs, competitions)
Maintain communication with parents during PTMs
Perform duties like invigilation, exam coordination, etc.
