Position:HR Executive(Trolley Manufacturing Only)

Location:Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements.
Coordinate with production and other departments for shop-floor manpower requirements.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Manage joining formalities, induction, and employee onboarding.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment,



and manpower handling.
Mandatory: Prior experience in a Trolley Manufacturing Company only.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce coordination.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage shop-floor employees and manufacturing workforce requirements.
Robust coordination skills and the ability to manage workforce requirements efficiently.
