Manage day-to-day jewellery store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and high-value customer relationships.
Manage and supervise sales executives and other store staff.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and jewellery display.
Ensure proper handling, security, and accounting of gold, diamond, and other jewellery stock.
Maintain daily sales reports, stock reports, and other store records.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and payment transactions.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and head office teams.
Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Ensure store discipline, staff grooming, and adherence to company policies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
