We are looking for a responsible, confident and customer-focused person who can independently manage the daily operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, explain products and convert enquiries into sales.
Product Knowledge: Learn about cricket equipment, product features, sizes, pricing and suitable options for different players.
Billing & Payments: Prepare bills, handle cash/UPI/card payments and maintain accurate daily sales records.
Stock Management: Maintain inventory, update stock records, check incoming goods and report low-stock items.
Store Management: Maintain cleanliness, arrange displays, ensure correct price labels and keep products organised.
WhatsApp & Customer Follow-up: Respond to enquiries, share product details,



follow up on pending orders and maintain customer records.
Sales Growth: Recommend relevant add-on products, build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Daily Reporting: Share daily sales, expenses, cash/UPI reconciliation, stock issues and customer feedback.
Store Responsibility: Open and close the store as per the assigned schedule and follow company procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
