Job Summary

We are seeking a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. The role involves identifying, attracting and on-boarding suitable candidates through field-level recruitment activities. The role involves visiting local areas, conducting candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Job Portals, references, job fairs and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment records regularly.
Coordinate with the HR team for candidate onboarding.
Build robust relationships with local communities and candidate networks.




Ensure candidates complete required documentation and joining formalities.
Track candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a positive experience in technical/Sales/Customer service hiring.
Solid convincing and networking ability.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and recruitment applications.
Local-area knowledge and a solid candidate network will be an advantage.

Eligibility- Management Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
