1) Digital Strategy & Integration: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, search, social, programmatic, CRM and marketing automation platforms.

2)Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end planning, implementation and optimisation of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, target audiences and business outcomes.

3) Marketing Technology & Platforms: Identify, implement and leverage relevant ad-tech, mar-tech, CRM, analytics and automation tools to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.

4)Data, Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and translate data into actionable insights to improve engagement, conversions, ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.

5)Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Servicing, Creative, Media, Technology and Data teams to develop integrated solutions and ensure seamless campaign delivery.

6)Tracking & Measurement: Oversee campaign tracking, pixel and tag implementation, UTM structures,



conversion tracking and analytics setup to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.

7)Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams and clients to understand business challenges, present digital integration solutions, communicate performance insights and recommend improvements.

8)Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of developments in AI-led marketing, automation, personalisation, ad-tech and mar-tech to identify prospects for innovation and competitive differentiation.

9)Process & Performance Optimisation: Establish standard operating procedures, quality checks and best practices to improve campaign execution, data accuracy, scalability and delivery efficiency.

10)Team Leadership & Capability Building: Guide and mentor team members, strengthen technical and analytical capabilities, and foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation and continuous improvement.
