Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, work permits and immigration opportunities.
Understand clients' requirements and suggest suitable countries, courses and visa options.
Provide accurate information about visa procedures, eligibility criteria and documentation.
Handle client queries through phone calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful admissions and visa applications.
Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth application handling.
Maintain client records and regularly update enquiry status.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Positive knowledge of international study visa processes.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients professionally.
Previous experience in the visa or immigration industry will be preferred.
Key Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
