Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Consultant to handle premium clients for personalized hair loss treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recent client acquisition, upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct face-to-face consultations with HNI clients.
Generate business through networking, partnerships, BTL activities and events.
Maintain robust client relationships and act as the single point of contact.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Drive overall studio business growth.
Required Skills:
7+ years of proven sales experience.
Mandatory experience handling HNI/premium clients through direct face-to-face interactions.
Robust communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Consultative selling approach.
Target-oriented with a business development mindset.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
