Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications, and maintain quality, safety and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction activities at project sites.
Ensure execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors and project managers.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within scheduled timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Manage site labour, subcontractors and material requirements.
Identify site-related challenges and implement effective solutions.




Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and construction standards.
Verify measurements, quantities and material usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/site execution.
Robust knowledge of civil construction methods and building materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Excellent site coordination, problem-solving and team management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive skilled with strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities and experience handling multiple site activities independently.
