Were looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Representative to assist customers through live chat and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, solves problems efficiently, and delivers a positive customer experience without phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and skilled manner
Resolve product, service, or account-related issues accurately
Provide explicit information about products, services, and policies
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
Maintain detailed and accurate chat records
Meet response time, quality,



and customer satisfaction targets
Follow company guidelines and data privacy standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills
Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat tools/CRM systems
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
