Job Description
Identify and qualify prospective preschool franchise partners and business prospects.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle — from initial enquiry and consultation to negotiation, closure and onboarding.
Conduct compelling franchise presentations, business meetings and investment discussions.
Understand prospective partners' requirements and guide them through the Cambridge Montessori franchise chance.
Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and education professionals.
Develop and execute strategies for expansion into current cities and markets.
Work towards monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Coordinate with our marketing, operations and academic teams as new franchise partners come onboard.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
