Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Counsel students regarding courses, program details, fees, and career opportunities.
Identify student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain student enquiry records and update CRM regularly.




Coordinate with the academic team regarding student admissions and onboarding.
Explain course perks, duration, fee structure, and payment options.
Maintain good relationships with students and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and educational events.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or sales.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Interest in education, student counselling, and career guidance.
