Location: Pune (Kondhanpur Phata) (This is work from office position)

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating and maintaining necessary documents: Create Quotation, Sales Order, Dispatch List, etc., by receiving, verifying, and entering these documents into SAP accurately.

· Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate closely with the plant production and dispatch/logistics teams to track manufacturing timelines and ensure on-time product delivery.

· Invoicing & Billing: Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation in alignment with company pricing and tax policies.

· Customer Support: Act as the primary internal contact for customers, channel partners and field sales representatives regarding pending order status, delivery status, and product availability.

· Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dispatch summaries, and pending order status reports.





· Documentation & Record Maintenance: Maintain updated customer databases, price lists, agreements, and credit control records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.

· Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office operations, or commercial administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial workplace.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and familiarity with ERP software, preferably SAP.

· Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
