· Coordinate meetings, presentations, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities at colleges.

· Understand the requirements of colleges and communicate them to the company management.

· Maintain accurate records of college contacts, visits, discussions, leads, and follow-ups.

· Submit daily/weekly marketing reports to the Company Admin and Managing Director.

· Track the progress of leads from initial contact to successful business conversion.

· Achieve assigned marketing and business-development targets.

· Represent the company professionally during college visits and external meetings.

· Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed college activities.

· Travel to colleges and institutions as required for marketing activities.We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing Executive to promote our company's products and services directly to colleges and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges, meeting college management and staff, developing institutional relationships, promoting our business, generating opportunities,



and maintaining regular communication with college contacts.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Company Admin and Managing Director and provide regular updates regarding college visits, leads, discussions, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions regularly for direct marketing and business promotion.

· Meet and communicate with college staff, placement officers, HODs, faculty members, training coordinators, and management representatives.

· Explain and promote the company's products, services, training programs, internships, or other offerings.

· Identify potential colleges and develop recent institutional business opportunities.

· Build and maintain solid skilled relationships with college staff.

· Follow up regularly with college contacts through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
