Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and service estimates.
Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.
Provide regular service updates to customers.
Explain repair costs and additional work requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
Maintain service records and follow up with customers.
Requirements:
Graduate or relevant qualification.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic automobile knowledge.
Experience in a car dealership or automobile service center preferred.
