We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Media Planner to join our team. The candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing outdoor advertising campaigns while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, media owners, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare media plans for hoardings and other outdoor advertising media based on client requirements.
Coordinate and negotiate with media owners and agencies to obtain competitive advertising rates.
Maintain and regularly update databases of cities, hoardings, advertising locations, media owners, and available media inventory.
Coordinate printing, mounting, installation, and monitoring of outdoor advertising campaigns.
Verify bills and invoices received from media owners and agencies.
Handle incoming enquiries and recent leads related to hoardings, flex banners, and other advertising media.




Coordinate with clients, vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and other relevant documentation using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of work experience in any field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility in a quick-paced work environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
