We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, vendor payments, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Handle GST-related activities, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments and return-related documentation.
Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding payments.
Handle bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Prepare invoices, proforma invoices and payment statements.
Assist in monthly financial reporting and MIS preparation.
Coordinate with the CA and auditors for accounting and audit-related requirements.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualification
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
