Job Profile: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure smooth production operations as per the production plan and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality Control, Stores, and Maintenance departments for timely production.
Monitor manpower, machines, raw materials, and other resources to ensure effective utilization.
Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify production-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor production performance, minimize material wastage, and improve productivity.
Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
Maintain production records, daily reports,



and other relevant documentation.
Monitor rejection, rework, and downtime, and take necessary steps to reduce them.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatch commitments.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve quality-related issues.
Guide production workers and ensure adherence to work instructions and company policies.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
