Core Responsibilities
Story Identification: Identify stories that show how people's lives have changed through our programmes.
Information Gathering: Interview people and collect information from beneficiaries and field teams.
Story Writing: Write beneficiary stories, human-interest stories, case studies and stories of change.
Content Preparation: Prepare stories for donor communications, reports, websites, presentations and newsletters.
Editing: Review and edit stories to ensure accuracy, clarity and quality.
Photography Coordination: Ensure suitable photographs are available for each story and follow up when photographs or supporting information are missing.
Coordination and Documentation: Coordinate with field teams and the multimedia team, and maintain organised records of stories and photographs.
Consent and Privacy: Obtain consent before using stories and photographs and respect the privacy of the people featured.

Required Skills
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
Ability to interview people and gather relevant information.




Ability to write engaging stories and engage and impact people through storytelling and narration.
Positive research, communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently, manage assignments and meet deadlines.
Photography skills are an advantage.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
