House Keeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Prefered Hotel Experience only and able work on 3 shift basis Morning/Evening/Night
Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping with room cleaning, floor cleaning, Moping, Sweeping, Toilet cleaning, Scrumbing, Bed Making
Assign daily cleaning duties and inspect completed work to ensure hotel standards are met.
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff for effective performance.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for room readiness and guest requests.
Ensure guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well maintained.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning materials and report shortages.




Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping professionally and promptly.
Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and staff schedules.
Ensure all housekeeping staff follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare housekeeping reports for management.
Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.
Maintain teamwork and effective communication among housekeeping staff and other departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
