Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate firm that works with buyers, sellers, tenants, property owners and businesses. We are expanding our property database across the city and are looking for dependable field specialists to support this growth.
Role Overview
The Field Executive will be responsible for identifying properties available for rent and sale within assigned areas of Bengaluru. The role involves on-ground property surveys, photo documentation and timely reporting of property details to the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Survey assigned areas across Bengaluru and identify properties available for rent or sale
Capture clear photographs of the property, including the complete building exterior
Record accurate location details for every property identified
Share photographs and location information with the team through WhatsApp
Submit daily updates promptly and maintain accuracy in all reported details
Coordinate with the internal team to support follow-ups on identified properties
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th standard
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Good knowledge of Bengaluru localities and routes
Proficiency in using a smartphone, WhatsApp and Google Maps
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and honesty
Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage
Salary & Advantages
Monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹40,000, based on interview performance and skills
Petrol allowance provided by the company
