Gigaforge is expanding its manufacturing operations and is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to manage maintenance activities for our casting and injection moulding machines, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of HPDC casting machines, injection moulding machines, and associated equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment records.
Coordinate with production teams to minimise machine downtime and improve equipment performance.
Manage spare parts, maintenance tools, and coordination with external service providers.
Ensure equipment safety and adherence to maintenance procedures.
Requirements
Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in casting or injection moulding.
Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, motors, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Candidates with experience in HPDC casting machines or injection moulding machines will be preferred.
