Job Title: Senior Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products and services, generate leads, and convert potential customers into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming calls.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer details and daily call records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle customer objections and meet targets.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
