Job Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including candidate sourcing and screening.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with shortlisted candidates.
Handle candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and selection updates.
Maintain and update employee and candidate databases.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees and interns.
Coordinate with colleges, placement officers, and candidates for recruitment activities.
Support HR operations, documentation, attendance management, and record maintenance.
Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR-related documents.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal meetings.




Ensure smooth communication between candidates, employees, and management.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates pursuing or having completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BMS, or any relevant graduation.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates interested in Human Resource Management and Recruitment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
