o MBA in Human Resource with minimum 2Y of experience in IT Recruitment.

o candidate with excellent written & verbal communication skills.

o Should have valuable understanding of various job portals and will be able to hire the candidates through LinkedIn, indeed etc.

o Experience in screening resumes, taking initial round of interview and scheduling the best candidate for technical round.

o Follow up with the candidate till joining, salary negotiation.

o Along with IT Recruitment candidate must be having some exposure to other HR Functions such as Joining & Exit formalities, Induction, Attendance & Employee engagement, Grievance handling, social media handling etc.

o Screen and interview candidates and ensure to put forward the best quality candidates





o Proven work experience in recruitment – ideally as a Technical Recruiter

o Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)

o Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

o Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Solid tenacity and ability to build a solid network

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
