Role Summary:
We are looking for a Student Success Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for students. The role involves guiding students, supporting their academic progress, and helping them achieve better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in their learning journey and resolve their queries
Ensure students understand concepts clearly
Monitor student progress and engagement
Build a positive relationship with students
Encourage active participation and consistency in learning
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Patient and supportive approach towards students
Willing to work 6 days a week

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 0–2 years
Employment Type: Full time
Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹5 LPA

Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
