Position: Technician Field Engineer

Job Location: Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Graduate

Working Hours: 9 Hours

Working Days: 6 Days

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
Install, operate, and maintain water purification and RO systems.
Perform in office installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of water purifiers.
Identify technical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Conduct regular field visits for inspection and preventive maintenance.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective technical support.
Ensure proper functioning of RO systems, filters, pumps, and related equipment.
Maintain service reports and installation records.




Coordinate with customers and the office team for timely service delivery.

Required Skills & Eligibility:
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of RO / Water Purification systems will be an added advantage.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler / Bike is compulsory.
Valid Driving Licence preferred.
