We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior management in a manufacturing company. The candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to senior management.
Manage appointments, meetings, schedules, and calendars.
Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and business associates.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and documentation.
Maintain confidential records and significant business documents.




Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other official requirements.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / MBA graduates preferred.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
Professional attitude with positive time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
