Job Description – Butler

Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time | Live-out
Working Hours: 12 hours per day (inclusive of breaks)
Weekly Off: One day per week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, well-groomed and service-oriented Butler to provide refined, personalized and discreet service to a family of three residing in Vasant Kunj, Current Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a luxury private residence or a five-star hotel, with the ability to deliver high standards of hospitality, anticipate the family's preferences and coordinate seamlessly with a large household team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized and attentive service to the Principal and family, anticipating their daily requirements and preferences.
Manage formal and informal dining arrangements, including table setting, food and beverage service, and dining etiquette.
Welcome and attend to guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and skilled hospitality experience.
Plan and coordinate private dinners, social gatherings and special occasions.
Manage the Principal's wardrobe, including garment care, outfit preparation, packing and unpacking.
Monitor and maintain inventory of pantry supplies, beverages, linens, silverware,



crockery and other household essentials.
Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery.
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics, and accompany the family whenever required.
Maintain impeccable personal grooming, qualified conduct and uniform standards.
Uphold strict confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury private residence or five-star hotel.
Experience working in large households and coordinating with sizeable household staff teams.
Strong knowledge of formal dining service, silver service, beverage service and hospitality etiquette.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to anticipate requirements and deliver personalized service with attention to detail.
Must be composed, reliable, trustworthy and qualified.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Well-groomed with a polished personality and a service-oriented approach.
