Job Title: Production Head – Two-Wheeler EV Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Head to manage and supervise production activities in a two-wheeler electric vehicle manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
Supervise assembly line operations and manage production teams.
Maintain product quality and minimize production defects.
Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, stores, and purchase departments.
Monitor raw material consumption, inventory, and resource utilization.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
Prepare daily production reports and track performance against targets.
Reduce production costs, material wastage, and operational downtime.

Educational Qualification:




B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering may be considered based on experience.

Experience Required:
5–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
Experience in automobile, two-wheeler, or electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing is preferred.
Previous experience in handling production teams and assembly lines is desirable.
