The Veruschka Foundation is looking for a passionate and empathetic Programme Associate – Placements to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai.

About the Role:
Job Title: Programme Associate – Placements
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (On-site / Full time)
Key Focus: End-to-end placement coordination, employer engagement, job matching, and post-placement retention for graduates of our S.E.E.D. of the Future programme.
What We Are Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, skill development, disability inclusion, or hospitality operations (background in Social Work,
Psychology, Special Ed, HR, or related fields preferred).
Solid communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Deep sensitivity, patience, and a firm belief in the potential of PwIDD candidates.
Significant: Candidates must be comfortable with on-site work and local travel in Mumbai (Goregaon office location).
