We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Freshers with positive communication skills and a robust interest in HR and recruitment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support other HR activities whenever required.

Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
