Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth for our immigration consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective online and offline marketing strategies.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Generate high-quality leads for immigration, study visa, work permit, and PR services.
Manage social media marketing, branding, promotional campaigns, and content strategies.
Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and achieve business targets.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, ROI, and lead generation costs.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business prospects.
Manage marketing executives, content creators, and digital marketing teams.
Build partnerships with educational institutions, referral partners, and other relevant organizations.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in immigration consultancy or education services.
Robust knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
Experience managing marketing teams and campaign budgets.
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Proven ability to generate qualified leads and support sales growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly qualified lead generation targets.
Cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI.
Lead-to-client conversion rates.
Brand awareness and digital engagement.
Achievement of monthly marketing and business growth targets.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive, target-driven marketing qualified with proven experience in immigration industry marketing and lead generation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
