We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to manage showroom operations, lead the sales team, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and sales.
Lead the team and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
Monitor revenue, stock, and sales performance.
Improve customer satisfaction and sales conversions.
Prepare sales reports and develop growth strategies.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in showroom management or retail sales.
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
