Job Description – HR Executive

Job Summary

Shriram Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities at a Thermal Power Plant project site. The candidate should have knowledge of site manpower management, employee coordination, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower deployment at the project site.
Maintain daily attendance, muster rolls, and employee records.
Handle joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and exit procedures.
Coordinate with site management regarding manpower requirements.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and wage records.
Handle PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and contractor-related documentation.
Maintain labour registers, gate passes, ID cards, and other site records.
Coordinate employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workforce issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.




Ensure compliance with company policies and PSU site requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Thermal Power Plant, Power Projects, Construction, or PSU project sites.
Positive knowledge of manpower management and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site-level HR operations independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience in contractor manpower management.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and payroll processing.
Familiarity with PSU/thermal power plant working environments.

Significant Requirement

Immediate Joiners Preferred. Candidates must be ready to join at the earliest and work at a thermal power plant project site.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
