Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, and well-organised Client Relationship Officer to coordinate Scaleup Business Club programmes, manage guest relationships, and ensure smooth communication and coordination for our events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage Scaleup Business Club programmes and events.
Communicate with guests, speakers, and invited participants.
Handle guest invitations, follow-ups, and confirmations.
Maintain robust relationships with clients, guests, and business members.
Coordinate event schedules and programme arrangements.
Ensure smooth execution of club activities and programmes.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable coordination and organisational abilities.
Confidence in interacting with multiple guests and professionals.
