Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part time Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with bookkeeping, billing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/Excel, and basic financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment receipts.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain cash book, petty cash, and general ledgers.
Assist in GST calculations, returns, and documentation.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers or vendors.




Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
Assist in audit preparation and other accounting activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions
Part-time working hours.
Adaptable working schedule (based on company requirements).
Salary: Based on experience and working hours.
Weekly / monthly payment as mutually agreed.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
