Job Title: Purchase Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the company's procurement and purchasing activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement, and controlling purchasing costs while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
Procure raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, consumables, and other business requirements.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and operational requirements.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending supplies.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and vendor records.
Coordinate with production, stores,



accounts, and other departments.
Monitor inventory levels and avoid overstocking or material shortages.
Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations.
Ensure purchases comply with company policies, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
1–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Positive knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and cost-control abilities.
