Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting, finance, taxation, statutory compliance, banking activities, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and export sales/service invoicing, including E-way bills.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements by the 10th of every month.
Coordinate annual financial statements with statutory auditors.
Manage SAP accounting entries and fixed asset records.
Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A reconciliation, GSTR-3B) and annual returns.
Ensure timely payment of TDS, TCS, ESI, PF, GST, and other statutory dues.
Prepare and coordinate Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG) and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG).




Manage cash flow, bank renewals, stock statements, and debtor statements.
Monitor accounts receivable, customer outstanding balances, and vendor payments.
Coordinate payroll accounting, employee bank accounts, salary slips, and TDS records.
Handle import/export documentation and statutory audit coordination.
Lead the accounts team, allocate work, review reports, and conduct departmental meetings.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in SAP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of banking, bank guarantees, and working capital management.
Experience in import/export documentation.
Solid leadership, analytical, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
