Production Supervisor – Stainless Steel Metal Injection Moulding (MIM)
Location: Jamnagar
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities related to Stainless Steel Metal Injection Moulding (MIM).
Monitor production processes, including moulding, debinding and sintering.
Ensure production targets, product quality and process efficiency.
Handle manpower allocation, shift planning and production reporting.
Identify production issues and coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and minimise rejection and material wastage.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Stainless Steel Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) is mandatory.
Knowledge of moulding machines, debinding and sintering processes.
Experience in production planning, manpower handling and quality control.
Solid troubleshooting and team management skills.
