The candidate will be responsible for:
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide solutions to client challenges and maximize account value.
Attending walk-in customers.
Handling orders over call.
Ensuring smooth billing procedure.
Inventory management
Customer relationship management.
Customer rapport building.
Building recent customer and handling repeating customers.
Being in update with the in stock and out of stock inventory.
Market analysis.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
