Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary Budget: Up to ₹10 LPA (as per experience)

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving paint sales across the assigned area, developing contractor networks, expanding market presence, and leading a sales team to achieve business growth and sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and collection targets.
Develop business through painting contractors, applicators, builders, and institutional customers.
Expand the contractor network and generate current business opportunities.
Conduct regular market and site visits to identify projects and drive sales conversions.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Track team performance, sales growth, order conversion, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements:




Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
5–8 years of experience in paint material sales.
Prior team-handling experience in B2B or contractor sales.
Strong network with painting contractors in Ahmedabad.
Positive technical knowledge of paints and construction materials.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and target-achievement skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
