Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will identify hiring requirements, source potential candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and hiring needs from department heads.
Prepare and publish job postings on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels.
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and follow up on offer acceptance.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams for joining formalities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals.
Good candidate assessment and screening skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any Graduate.
MBA in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate should have their own Laptop.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
