AI Engineer - Broking Business

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our energetic team within the broking business. This role is critical in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform our trading strategies, client engagement, risk management, and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in AI/ML development, coupled with a solid understanding of financial markets and broking operations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement robust machine learning and deep learning models for various applications within the broking business, including predictive analytics for market trends, client behavior, and risk assessment.
Build and optimize algorithms for algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization, and fraud detection.
Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for sentiment analysis of financial news, research reports, and client communications to generate actionable insights.
Integrate AI/ML models into existing trading platforms, CRM systems,



and operational workflows, ensuring seamless deployment and performance.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, quantitative analysts, traders, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
Perform extensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality checks on large, complex financial datasets.
Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), model monitoring, and retraining to ensure model reliability and performance in production.
Research and evaluate current AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure all AI solutions comply with financial regulations, data privacy standards, and internal governance policies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to the overall AI strategy within the organization.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency for real-time applications.
