We are currently hiring for the following position.

Job Opening: Quality Control Executive

Location: Namagiripettai (Factory), Namakkal
Company: Even More Foods Pvt. Ltd.
Employment: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, Shift basis (Shift A: 6 AM – 2 PM / Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Biochemistry
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting incoming raw materials (millets, ingredients) and packaging materials for moisture, foreign matter and infestation
Carrying out in-process quality checks in Grinding, Drying, Value Addition and Primary Processing sections
Testing finished products and approving batches for dispatch
Monitoring CCPs/OPRPs and maintaining HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000:2018 records
Checking FSSAI labelling, batch coding and net weight on packed products
Conducting hygiene and GMP inspections on the shop floor




Maintaining retention samples and coordinating external lab testing
Handling non-conformances and customer complaints, and supporting corrective actions
Supporting internal and external audits

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000
Familiarity with basic lab testing and instruments
Accurate documentation and record keeping
Positive communication in Tamil and English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
