We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Career Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in guiding students and job seekers towards suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Guide and counsel students and job seekers regarding career opportunities.
Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, skills, and career interests.
Recommend suitable courses, career paths, and job prospects.
Assist individuals with career planning and career development.
Handle candidate enquiries through phone calls and direct interactions.
Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication.
Maintain candidate records and update databases.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Ability to understand individual career requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
