Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
IT Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Healthcare Operations Alignment
Coordinate with clinical, administrative, to ensure smooth workflow integration.
Support digitization of current and existing software such as HIMS/EMR, CRM, patient portals, and mobile applications.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a primary point of contact between management, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Facilitate regular project review meetings, status updates, and escalation management.
Gather requirements from doctors, nurses, operations, and finance to align IT solutions.
Process Improvement




Identify gaps in existing healthcare workflows and recommend process optimizations.
Drive automation initiatives to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
Well-documented workflows and governance of program deliverables.

Job Requirements: (Must Have Skills)
Should have experience of working with Hospitals
Very valuable communication skills in English , Hindi or Telugu
Must have good vendor management skills and positive negotiation skills with vendors
Must have good presentation and documentation skills
Good experience in collaboration with cross functional teams to plan, implement and monitor.
Candidates should be open to work from office only with 6 days working.
Must have good team management skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
